All patrons are required to purchase a ticket EXCEPT infants under 2 years of age.

Ticketek is the only ticketing agency authorised to sell tickets to Music From The Home Front. Tickets can be purchased online, by phoning 132 849, or at local agencies.

Ticket delivery is restricted to mobile tickets only. Ticketek will send your tickets via SMS or can be downloaded by logging in to your Ticketek account.

Only mobile tickets will be accepted to enter the venue.

What are the ticket categories for this event and where are they located?

There are three ticket categories for this event. Each option reserves a designated area for a group of people and must be booked in one transaction. You are welcome to book a group ticket for fewer guests than specified, however you will receive and pay for all seats within the designated area. View the venue map here.

Lawn Deck for up to 6 guests: $414.00 ($69.00/ea in a party of 6)
Terrace Deck for up to 4 guests: $276.00 ($69.00/ea in a party of 4)

Stalls Tables
Table for up to 2 guests: $198.00 ($99.00/ea in party of 2)
Table for up to 4 guests: $396.00 ($99.00/ea in party of 4)

Seat for 1 guest: $99.00

TICKET CATEGORIES EXPLAINED

Private Decks
Decks are raised platforms and feature one chair per guest and one bar table. These decks are ideal for larger groups, accommodating up to four or six guests. A deck must be booked in a single transaction. Your booking will reserve an entire deck for you and your group to dance, stand or sit as you please.

Lawn Decks
Lawn decks are located on the lawn of the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. You are welcome to reserve a deck for fewer than six guests, however you will receive all six tickets.

Terrace Decks:
For up to four guests. Terrace decks are located on the terrace of the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, directly behind the stalls.

Stalls Tables:
Stalls tables are located on a tiered floor in the stalls of the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Tables are suited for groups of up to two or four guests. Every table has a chair for each guest and comes with an up-close view of the stage.

A stalls table must be booked in a single transaction. You are welcome to book a table for fewer than two or four guests, however you will receive all tickets to the table.

Balcony Seats:
Recommended for one to two guests. Balcony seats are located in the balconies of the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Balcony seats offer a close-up side-view of the stage.

Single seats and pairs of two seats are available. A pair of balcony seats must be booked in a single transaction.

My friend has purchased tickets in a different category, can we meet up?

Common areas of the venue include the toilet, bar and food area. View the venue map here.

If you with you wish to attend Music From The Home Front with friends, please purchase tickets together as seating for the event will be allocated.

Purchasing Tickets

How do I purchase tickets to the show?

Tickets to attend Music From The Home Front at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Saturday 24 April 2021 can be purchased via Ticketek online, phone: 132 849 or at local agencies.

How do I know if the website I’m purchasing tickets through is an authorised seller?

The only authorised ticketing agent for Music From The Home Front is Ticketek.

We implore fans not to purchase tickets from websites that serve scalpers including (but not limited to) eBay, Viagogo, Gumtree, Ticketblaster, Queen Of Tickets and The Ticket Merchant.

Tickets bought from reseller websites may be fake and are usually overpriced. Some of these websites use marketing measures that confuse some buyers into thinking they are purchasing from official ticket sellers, so fans are advised to only buy tickets from the official links provided at musicfromthehomefront.com and frontiertouring.com/homefront

How many tickets can I purchase at once?

The ticket purchase limits are:
Frontier Members Pre-sale ticket limit: 6 tickets per purchaser
On sale ticket limit: 10 tickets per purchaser

Buy together to stay together.
Music From The Home Front tickets are reserved allocated seating only. To ensure that you and your group are seated in the same allocated area together, you must purchase your tickets in one transaction.

Please note: If you are buying multiple ticket categories in one transaction, it is not guaranteed you will be in adjacent tables/decks.

How do I purchase accessibility tickets for the show?

The easiest way to organise accessible seating is to complete the Ticketek Accessible Seating Booking Form and they will be in touch.

Submit a request: Fill out the Accessible Seating booking form and Ticketek will be in contact.

Phone: Call 1300 665 915 (Ticketek’s Accessible Seating booking line) if you require special access, wheelchair or companion card seating. Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (AEST)

Please note: Ticketek are receiving a high volume of phone calls. We recommend using the booking form so they can get in touch with you at a convenient time.

Can I bring my children with me to the show?

Music From The Home Front is a Licensed All Ages event.

You may bring your children to these shows, however patrons must have a ticket regardless of age, EXCEPT infants under 2 years of age.

Please note: Under 18 patrons must be always accompanied by a responsible adult with their own ticket.

How will I receive my tickets to the show?

Tickets are sent via SMS from Ticketek or can be downloaded by logging on to Ticketek.

Please note: Purchasers will be sent a confirmation of purchase email, but tickets will not be attached.

I purchased my tickets during the Frontier Members Pre-sale, but I have not received my tickets via SMS. What should I do?

Ticket delivery will be suppressed until 12pm AEST on Friday 16 April 2021.

After the ticket suppression period, if you have received a confirmation of purchase email and the payment has been removed from your bank account but you have not received your tickets via SMS, please contact Ticketek via their help page.

I received a confirmation of my purchase from Ticketek, but I have not received my ticket(s) via SMS?

If the pre-sale period has ended and your bank record shows that your payment has been processed, but you have not received an SMS with your tickets or your tickets do not appear in your online Ticketek account within a reasonable time period (approx. 5-10 minutes), please contact Ticketek via their help page.

I haven’t received my tickets via SMS and the payment hasn’t been withdrawn from my account, is my purchase confirmed?

It is likely that your purchase has been unsuccessful if:

  • you have not received a puchase confirmation email;
  • you have not received your tickets via SMS;
  • your tickets do not appear in your online Ticketek account;
  • your bank records do not show a withdrawal of the payment.

Event Info

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the Sidney Myer Music Bowl?

You are welcome to pack a picnic and bring your own food to Music At The Home Front.

Please note:

  • You cannot bring glass, hard-sided containers or eskies, or large knives into the venue.
  • Alcohol cannot be brought into the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

The event will be equipped with food trucks, bars and a free water station. We recommend bringing your own water reusable bottle to refill. View the venue map here. Sidney Myer Music Bowl is a cashless venue, accepting Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments.

It is a condition of entry that all patrons comply with an ID check and search of bags or belongings if requested before entering the venue. Prohibited items will not be allowed inside the venue.

Do I need to take my own chair or rug to sit on?

Music From The Home Front tickets are reserved allocated seating. All seats are provided at this event.

The venue is outdoors – what if it rains?

The Sidney Myer Music Bowl is an open-air, outdoor venue. Unless it is deemed unsafe to do so, the show goes on in rain, hail or sunshine, so please come prepared with warm attire.

Umbrellas are allowed into the main lawn area but are required to be closed during the performance so as not to obstruct the view of those behind you. Ponchos will be available for purchase from all bars.

What are the stage times for the concert?

Gates will open from 5pm – please arrive and take your seats early to ensure you don’t miss any of the incredible artists on the line-up.

The show kicks off at 6:30pm sharp.

Health and Safety

Where will First Aid be located?

First Aid is available at the rear of the venue near the water station and food trucks. View the venue map here.

If you or a friend are feeling unwell, please see First Aid immediately. Mobile crews will be roaming the venue throughout the show.

What should I do if I feel unwell before I attend the show?

If you start to feel unwell at the Music From The Home Front, you should advise a member of staff and then leave site immediately. If you find later you have tested positive for COVID-19 please call our Safety and Security team on 9281 8316, who will treat your call with strict confidence.

Can I smoke in the venue?

Sidney Myer Music Bowl is a smoke free venue. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not permitted within the venue. If you wish to smoke please proceed to the designated smoking area on the side hills.

COVIDSafe Event Information

Do you have a COVIDSafe Plan for the event?

Measures put in place for this event:

Regular cleaning

  • Regular cleaning and sanitising our venues with approved disinfectant products throughout the day. We clean high touch points hourly.

Physical distancing and signage

  • Please stay at least 1.5 metres from others, especially when moving around our site.
  • Signage in and around our buildings will help you maintain physical distancing, including in high traffic areas like corridors and areas where queues may form.
  • Entries and exits will be one-way only and marked with signage.
  • Lifts will have capacity limits marked with signage to ensure physical distancing can be maintained.

Hand hygiene

  • Hand sanitisers are available upon entry to all venues, events and activity spaces.
  • Handwash will be regularly restocked in all bathrooms.

Cashless venue

  • Arts Centre Melbourne is now a cashless organisation. All points of payment in all areas (tickets, parking, retail, cafés and bars) accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments.

Mask wearing

  • Masks are strongly recommended where physical distancing is not possible.

Contact tracing

  • QR code registration via a mobile device is required for all guests on arrival.
  • We encourage you to download the Service Victoria app prior to your visit to ensure a faster check-in time.
  • For patrons who do not have a smartphone, or whose mobile device is not QR code compatible, we have iPads on site that allow customers to register their details for contact tracing.
  • Data is collected and held securely by Service Victoria and is automatically deleted after 28 days unless it is required for contact tracing. For more information visit service.vic.gov.au/check-in-privacy
